So, if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order we will happily accept returns for e-store credit on any merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged or defective. From the date of purchase, you have up to 14 days to request a Return Authorization. This Return Policy does not apply to any items marked Final Sale.If you need to make a return, please email returns@thisisveda.com to attain a Return Authorization Code. This approval code must be included in the package with all returned merchandise in order for VEDA to accept and process your return. Returned merchandise should include all of its original tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping all returned goods. Original receipt of purchase and Return Authorization Code is required for any return.
